How Does Your Garden Grow?
Beginner
Plant seeds in rows and count the number of planted seeds out loud together.
Tip: If you do not have gardening supplies, you can do this activity by arranging household items in rows.

Intermediate
Plant seeds in rows together. Count the number of rows and how many seeds are in each row.
Tip: Determine which row has the most seeds and which has the least. How many more seeds does the row with the most seeds have compared to the row with the least?

Experienced
Plant seeds in equal rows together. Determine how many seeds were planted in total.
Tip: Try to determine the total number of seeds without counting each seed individually.
