Get creative! Together design an instrument using parts of your body or household materials . Create songs, identifying how many different types of sounds you can make.

Tip: Household materials can include items such as pots & pans, rice/beans, or recyclable materials.

Why is this important?

Music can be a noninvasive way to alleviate stress, help express feelings, and improve memory.
